At nearly two pounds, this naturally fermented loaf is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This bread has a mild acidity similar to that of classic French sourdough boules. We use no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, yet due to the natural fermentative process, you should expect 3 or more days of enjoyment.
